I know, probably heard that before, or don't believe it. Fine by me. I'll outline what I'm doing differently from most.

I zoomed way out and created resources to develop and support every habit needed for achieving optimal health and fitness, even for a person who has never been fit in their whole life. So wherever you're at on the spectrum, I got something to take you to the next level.

Each workout is YOUR workout. You will know precisely what to do and exactly how to do it. Personalized programming designed to lead you to your best health.

Each meal is YOUR meal. I will educate you on how to make food choices, how to prepare the right foods in the right way, and how to deal in those situations where life gets in the way of your diet.

You still get to live YOUR life. I will teach you how to make the most of your efforts. Each month, you'll be given a training program based on our assessment and the previous month's progress. Your nutrition support will be based on where you are relative to your goals. With constant E-mail support, I'll be able to make the necessary adjustments and speed your progress along.

My Philosophy Is Simple. My Methods Are Not.

INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING RATHER THAN TEMPLATES

Often gyms and personal trainers will use the same training template for everyone. Templates only are foolish since everyone is different when it comes to applying those basic principles. Working with me, you'll have your diet and training program tailored specifically to you.

Something that sets me apart from other coaches is that I don't base my work off of templates. I coach the individual and find what works best for them. I have a systematic, thorough method for this, but I don't have one single diet plan or exercise routine 'system' that you have to fit in to. Coaching is about finding what works best for you, not just giving out one set of recommendations like most' coaches'.

FITNESS ADVICE SHOULD BE INDIVIDUALIZED FOR YOU

Magazines, websites, videos, or YouTube' trainers' don't know anything about you. How can you tell that their recommendations apply to you? How do you know if they are any good for you? That's where I come in. I know fitness, and I'll know you once you tell me all about yourself, and then I'll connect the dots to provide recommendations and strategies.

STRATEGIES ARE GREATER THAN RECOMMENDATIONS

Recommendations are useful, but just knowing what to do is not good enough. Strategies deal with how to achieve those recommendations. Strategies are where the real power is. If you already know what to do. I'll help you make it happen. If you don't already know what to do, I'll teach you and then help to make it happen.

TEACHING, NOT TELLING

I've started with a focus on education. Teaching the habits and skills needed for results, not just kicking people's butt in workouts & forcing them to eat differently. I'll simplify the world of fitness and cut through all of the contradicting information out there.

SMALL WINS FOR MOMENTUM

This program is based on making small changes that will stick, rather than sweeping changes that revert. Getting what you want while making the most minor change to your life means it will actually happen and keep happening. I support clients to take small steps to achieve their goals without being overwhelmed

LETTERS BEFORE WORDS BEFORE SENTENCES

I've covered all bases; nutrition, exercise, activity, mentality, kitchen skills, food habits, and group support. And this is a systematic program that builds off itself step-by-step. Like learning letters, then words, then grammar and punctuation before you can tackle sentences. Once you understand the system, you can read any writing you want. Most programs aren't as complete and don't deliver their content systematically for your best results.
